Jolee Kasprzak - Partner, VP of Operations

Jolee Kasprzak is Partner and Vice President of Operations at Old Homestead Distilling Co., where she serves as the onsite operating owner with a hand in just about every aspect of the business. She blends her background in art & design, hospitality, and marketing into both the guest experience and the daily rhythm of the distillery, playing an active role in shaping how the business runs and how it feels to walk through the doors.

Before joining Old Homestead, Jolee served as General Manager of Patoka Lake Winery, further grounding her in the Southern Indiana wine and spirits community and strengthening her connection to the region.

Jolee believes in leading from the front, working alongside her team and never asking anyone to do something she hasn’t done herself. She has a genuine passion for the spirits industry and a deep appreciation for Patoka Lake, its setting, and the guests who make Old Homestead what it is. More often than not, you’ll find her onsite, often behind the tasting bar, guiding guests through tastings or crafting cocktails.

Outside of the distillery, Jolee continues to pursue her art, bringing a creative lens to everything she does. That perspective carries through into her approach to operations, marketing, and the stories Old Homestead tells.
